Human Resources Manual

The Human Resources Manual was created to help personnel in the Human Resources department organize their employee information, and obtain the appropriate documentation for their employee files.  This manual should serve as a backbone for the structure of your Human Resources department and can be adjusted to meet the needs of your specific agency. The manual includes seven sections: Pre-Hire Requirements, Hiring Requirements, Orientation Process, Education Plan, Employee Management, Contract Employees, and selected postings for your office.  The sections include forms,  sample policies, job descriptions, evaluations, and performance reviews.  It also includes contracts for contract employees and personnel file checklists.
