ADRs-Responding, Reacting and Rebounding

The purpose of this education activity is to enhance the knowledge of the Additional Documentation Request process of the home health Registered Nurse manager in the area of ADRs as clinical documentation supports regulatory requirements of the Medicare home health care patient by addressing the areas of focus during an ADR review in an effort to improve knowledge of the elements of the ADR as evidenced by positive feedback from the learner.
